Some of my favorite things about New Haven and some of my New Haven favorites:
New Haven is passionate. New Haven residents are community driven and care deeply about our neighbors and our city. We show up: to festive events, to performances, to protests, to walkouts. New Haven cares.
New Haven is vibrant. From its farmers markets to its parks to its art galleries (& beyond), there is so much beauty and community to discover. I urge you to explore it.
New Haven is ever-changing. Especially as students move in and out, the makeup of New Haven changes. This change brings the opportunity to connect, to refocus on what matters to us now, and to build a stronger community. You can be part of this change.

So gorgeous and cozy, with such a wide range of plants from flowers to cacti to even a koi pond. I volunteered here for part of a summer in high school and had the opportunity to learn propagation and planting. A joy!
Wooster Square Farmer’s Market
I have countless memories of going to the Farmers Market growing up, and I began working at a farmstand here in middle school. Working here was the highlight of my week - it gave me the opportunity to eat fresh produce and chat with people, two things I love.
